摘要
采用高压微波辐射技术 ,以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W1 2 O4 0 / Ti O2 为多相催化剂 ,通过甲醇和肉桂酸反应合成肉桂酸甲酯。实验结果表明 ,Ti Si W1 2 O4 0 / Ti O2 是合成肉桂酸甲酯的良好催化剂 ,最佳反应条件为 :n(醇 )∶ n(酸 ) =5∶ 1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的 2 .0 % ,微波功率 72 9W,辐射时间 3m in.产品平均收率97.4 %。
The methyl cinnamate was synthesized by using high pressure microwave,and TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 is used as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows.The mole ratio of methyl alcohol to cinnamic acid is 5∶1.The quantity of catalyst is 2.0% of feed stock.The power of microwave is 729 W.The radiating time of microwave is 3 min.The average yield is 97.4%.
