摘要
建立了用DNS法定量测定海藻糖的新方法,并用该法对海藻糖对照品和海藻糖生产中的中间样品进行了测定,得出其相对偏差≤3.9%,平均相对偏差为1.4%,该方法具有较高的准确性和较好的重现性,可用于生产过程中海藻糖的测定。
A new method for quantitatively determining of trehalose is reported. It bases on the widely-used DNS method and is much easier to operate than the HPLC method. When applying this method for the trehalose samples, the relative error is not more than 3.9%, and the average relative error is 1.4%. Thus, with its high accuracy and good repeatability, it can be used to determine trehalose in the industrial process.
