摘要
对目前研究中应用的海藻糖的定性定量分析方法作了较为全面的介绍 ,并对各种方法的特点及适用性作了比较。
The different methods used in trehalose determination are introduced in the review. Comparisons on the characteristics and the applicational property of the methods are also discussed.
