摘要
用TLC对 58株细菌酶法合成海藻糖的能力进行初筛和复筛 ,得到 3株海藻糖产量较高的菌 .HPLC结果显示其中的CX45菌合成海藻糖含量最高 ,海藻糖对淀粉的转化率达到60 1 %.初步证实CX45菌株是以淀粉低聚糖为底物 ,通过MTSase和MTHase 2种酶的作用合成海藻糖的 .
strains of bacteria were screened by TLC for their ability of trehalose production by enzymatic method. 3 strains produced higher level of trehalose among which strain CX45 produced the highest with conversion rate of starch to trehalose reaching 60.1% by HPLC. It was demonstrated that strain CX45 produced trehalose by the role of two enzymes MTSase and MTHase using starch oligosaccharide as their substrate.
