摘要
从企业生态系统的观点对虚拟企业仿生化的概念及特征进行了论述。通过模拟生物系统的各种特征来认识企业及其环境中的各种现象,并依据生物交互关系,研究企业的生存和持续成长,将虚拟企业分为四种基本仿生化组建模式:专性互利共生模式、兼性互利共生模式、附生模式和寄生模式,并详细分析了每种模式的特点。结合中国企业的实际情况,提出了虚拟企业仿生化组建模式选择的建议。
From the view of enterprise ecosystem,the article analyzes the bionic definition and characteristics of virtual enterprise.By imitating all kinds of characteristics of life,the article recognizes the various phenomenon of enterprise and its environment.On the basis of the relationship of life,virtual enterprise can be classified into four basic bionic building modes:expert mutualism mode,opportunity mutualism mode,adherence mode and autoeciousness mode.The characteristics of each mode are analyzed fully.By analyzing the status of Chinese enterprises,the article puts forward some suggestions to choose the bionic modes of virtual enterprise.
