摘要
促进中小企业的健康、快速发展对维持我国整体经济的发展具有重要的战略意义,积极开展中小企业经营模式的研究就显得格外重要。文章首先对经营、模式、经营模式等概念进行了辩解,提出了经营模式的新概念;根据中小企业的经营特点,结合IP理论,归纳了网状经济环境下几种中小企业的经营模式,主要包括:寄生模式、共生模式、缝生模式、借生模式。以期能够指导我国的中小企业发展。

According to the management features of small and medium - sized enterprises, several management patterns of these enterprises under the reticulated economic environment were brought forward based on the IP Theory, including autoeciousness pattern, symbiosis pattern, niche pattern and lean pattern. It is expected to guide the development of small and medium - sized enterprises.
