摘要
尽管现实中的企业战略联盟大多以失败而告终,但企业战略联盟仍是市场经济发展的必然。依据生物共生进化理论对企业战略联盟进行仿生化研究,可以得出构筑企业战略联盟的“四个注重”,即注重“共生理念”、“共生稳定”、“共生进化”以及“共生界面畅通”。
Corporation-stratagem-union is the necessity of the developing market economy, but it is almostly defeated finaly. From biology-symbiosis-anagenesis theory's angle of view, the author educed 'four important points' about constructing corporation-stratagem-union: 'symbiosis idea', 'symbiosis stabilization', 'symbiosis anagenesis' and 'symbiosis interface smoothing'.
