摘要
为顺应时代发展,培养高素质的人才,我们在高年级医学生的毕业临床实习阶段,采取了全程辅导教师负责制,强化临床实习教学,加强学生临床实践能力、科研能力、创新能力、交流表达能力及获取信息能力的培养.结果表明学生建立了临床思维,初步形成一定的科研能力,能独立思考问题,用科学的观点去分析、判断和解决问题,取得了较好效果.
In order to adjust to the development of the present times, we applied the mechanism of inviting some teachers act as advisers throughout the whole practice process of medical undergraduates. Clinical practice teaching was emphasized, and the abilities of practice, scientific research, innovation, communication and expression, and information collection were cultivated. As a result, clinical thinking and independent thinking were developed in the undergraduate students, and they can analyze, judge and solve the problems from a scientific standpoint.
