摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)、聚丙二醇醚 (PPG 2 2 0 )和二羟甲基丙酸 (DMPA)为原料制备了阴离子型水性PU乳液 ,研究了DMPA用量、n(NCO) /n(OH)值、交联剂TMP用量对水性PU乳液与涂膜性能的影响 。
A anionic polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polypropyleneoxide glycol(PPG 220) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA).The effect of the content of DMPA and TMP,the ratio of n(NCO) and n(OH) on the properties of emulsion and glue film was studied.And the optimal prescription was determined.
