摘要
目的 探讨胸腺瘤组织中NF M的表达与重症肌无力 (MG)发生的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学法对 4 5例不同类型胸腺瘤组织中NF M的表达进行检测。结果 在皮质型胸腺瘤组织中NF M的阳性率明显高于其它类型 ,(P <0 .0 5 )MG组的表达率与无MG组有明显差异 ,(P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,NF M阳性的MG患者术后缓解率明显高于阴性组 ,(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 NF M的表达在皮质型胸腺瘤患者MG的发生中起着重要作用。
ObjectiveTo investigate the association of the expression of midsize neurofilament (NF-M) in thymoma with the myasthenia gravis(MG). MethodsImmunohistochemical method was carried out to investigate NF-M expression in 45 patients with thymoma. ResultsIn cortical thymomas, the rate of NF-M positive expression was higher than the other types(P<0.05). Correlation was found between MG status and NF-M expression(P<0.05). ConclusionNF-M may be important in leading to MG in patients with cortical thymoma.
