摘要
目的 研究骨软骨瘤和骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA ,bFGFmRNA表达及其临床病理意义。方法 骨肿瘤脱钙后常规石蜡包埋切片原位杂交染色法。结果 15例骨软骨瘤仅 1例VEGFmRNA ,bFGFmRNA共同阳性 ,4 5例骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA阳性 2 5例 (5 5 .6 % )和bFGFmRNA阳性 2 8例 (6 2 .2 % ) ,骨恶性肿瘤两者阳性率明显高于骨软骨瘤 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。组织学分级I级和无原发灶外转移骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA ,bFGFmRNA阳性率明显低于组织学分级Ⅲ级和原发灶外转移病例。骨恶性肿瘤中VEGFmRNA表达与bFGFmRNA表达呈密切正相关。结论 VEGFmRNA和bFGFmRNA表达可能与骨恶性肿瘤恶性程度、生物学行为和转移发生有密切关系 ,两者均为重要促血管生成因子。
Objective: To study the expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA as well as their clinicopathological significance in osteochondroma and malignant bone tumors.Methods:Expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA was examined by using in situ hybridization on the routinely paraffin-embedded sections after decalcification of bone tumor tissues. Results:Expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA was positive in 1 of 15 cases with osteochondroma, but the positive rate in malignant bone tumors was 55.6% and 62.2%, respectively. The positive rate of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA was significantly lower in the cases which pathological classification was histologic grade I and without metastasis than those pathological classification was histologic grade Ⅲ and with metastasis. The closely positive correlation was found between the expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA in malignant bone tumors. Conclusions:The expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA may be related to the malignant degree , biological behavior and metastasis of the malignant bone tumors. VEGF and bFGF may be important angiogenic factors in the angiogenesis of malignant bone tumors.
