合成了一种新型的杂环类三氮烯显色剂,并研究了其与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验表明,在Triton X-100存在下的碱性介质中,该试剂与铜(Ⅱ)形成4:1的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于540nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.48×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铜含量在0~12μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。
A new chromogenic reagent 4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidine diazoaminoazobenzene (DMeOPDAA) has been synthesized. The color reaction of DMeOPDAA with Cu(Ⅱ) was investigated. The experiment indicates that a 4 : 1 red complex of DMeOPDAA and Cu(Ⅱ) was formed in the buffer solution of Na2B4O7-NaOH at pH 10.9 in the presence of Triten X-100, which gave a maximum absorption at 540nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.48×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~12μg/25mL of solution.
