摘要
以甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L,)玻里马为不育胞质供体,用大白菜(Brassica Cam-pestris L.SSP.penkinensis(Lour)Olsson)为受体,通过种间杂交,连续回交育成了具有甘蓝型油菜不育细胞质的大白菜异源胞质雄性不育系CMS3411-7。并用于杂种一代组合的配制,其中杂13、杂14两组合经济性状优良,优势明显,已推广1000多公顷。同时,还对CMS3411-7的恢保关系及其同保持系间核型、生化差异等进行了系统的研究。
Using polima rape ( Brassica napus L. ) as sterile cytoplasm offerer and Chinese cabbage as its accepter,the alloplasmic male line CMS34117 in Chinese cabbage have been obtained by interspecific cross and continued back-cross with chinese cabbage 3411-7, and have been used in breeding hybrid Fl. Two hybrids Fl Zal3 and Zal4 with good economic characters have been spread 1000 ha, more. At the same time, the relationship of maintenance and restoration of CMS3411-7 and the difference between CMS3411-7 and its maintainer 3411-7 in karyotype and biochemical are studied systemtically as well.
