不同遗传背景的青花菜对异源胞质雄性不育材料结实性的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF GENETIC BACK GROUND ON SEEDING CAPABILITY OF CYTO PLASMIC MALE STERILE MATERIALS IN BROCCOLI

摘要 以萝卜胞质甘蓝雄性不育源为供体,用19 份不同来源的青花菜材料进行杂交、回交,观察这些后代材料的花器形态特征和结实性。结果发现不同来源的杂交及回交后代材料之间结实性有很大的差异,平均每角种子数4.1~20.8 粒;不育材料的结实能力与回交父本相近;同一父本来源不同世代的结实性差异不明显;此外,不同来源的不育材料花器形态结构也存在较大的不同。 As a donor, radish cytoplasmic m ale sterility cabbage was crossed and backcrossed with variousgeneticm aterials,and theirflowercharacteristicsand seeding traits were tested. Theresultshowed thattheseeding capabilitiesvarying from 4.1 to 20.8 seeds per pod,were rather different among cross and backcross descendant m aterials,but were close between m ale sterile m aterials and their backcross m ale parents,and the seeding abilities were not obviously different among descendants from the sam e backcross male parents.The result also showed that the flower traits were different among backcross descendants.
