摘要
秘鲁番茄、多腺番茄、智利番茄之间杂交,容易获得杂种苗株;但与栽培番茄(作母本)杂交,利用离体胚人工培养方法,可获少量栽培番茄×秘鲁番茄,F_1(简称‘粤秘,F_1’)及栽培番茄×智利番茄,F_1苗株;‘粤秘,F_1’自交不稔,以它作母本与秘鲁番茄容易回交,以它作父本与栽培番茄回交,在离体胚人工培养下可获少量杂种苗株,用此回交一代与栽培番茄再行回交,亲和性提高,后代能育性恢复。醋栗番茄作母本,与契斯曼番茄、小花番茄、克梅留斯基番茄、潘氏薯之间,小花番茄×多毛番茄之间杂交,能获得杂种;这6种野生番茄作父本,均能与栽培番茄杂交,获能育的后代。Solanum lycopersicoides 与栽培番茄、9个野生种番茄杂交,均不结果。
The interspecific hybrids were obtained easily by crossing Lycoper-sicon peruvianum, L. glandulosum and L. chilense one another? But when they were crossed with L. esculentum ( as maternal parents ) , a few F_1 from L. esculentum × L. peruvianum ( 'Yue Mi, F_1, L.esculentum cv. Y-ue Nong No. 2 × L. peruvianum, F_1 ) and from L. esculentum × L. chilense were produced by embryo culture; The 'Yue Mi, F_1' was found self stertile, but when it was used as female parent and backcrossed easily to L. peruvianum, and, was used as male parent and to be back-crossed to L.esculentum, a small amount of hybrid seedlings were obtanined by means of embryo culture. When the backcross F_1 was backcrossed to L. esculentum again, the compitibility of them was increased and the fertility of the backcross progenies was restored.
When L. pimpinellifolium ( as maternal parent ) was crossed in turn with L.cheesmanii, L. parvifhrum and L. chmielewskii, and L. parviflorum was crossed with L. hirsutum, hybrids were obtained by all the cross. The above five wild species used as male parents were crossed with L. esculentum and the hybridized progenies were found to be fertile.
As male parent, S. pennellii was found to be crossed in turn to L. esculentum, L. pimpinelli folium, L. chilense and L. glandulosum; The hybrid progenies from the cross of L. esculentum × S. pennellii were fertile and were found to be backcrossed easily to L. esculentum.
When S. lycopersicoides was crossed in turn with L. esculentum and above nine wild species, none fruit set in all the cross.
Descriptions were made for the characters of the hybridized progenies from L. esculentum ( as female parent ) crossing in turn with L.pim?pinellifolium, L. hirsutum, L. peruvianum, L. cheesmanii , L. parviflorum, L. chmielewskii and S. pennellii.
