摘要
欲获野生番茄抗叶霉病生理指标的重要数据资料 ,揭示其抗病机理。以多毛番茄、秘鲁番茄、小花番茄、多腺番茄醋栗番茄 5个野生番茄和 L 4 0 2栽培番茄为试材 ,设置接种处理和喷水作为对照。它们在接种叶霉菌生理小种1.2 .3后 ,其叶片的过氧化物酶 (POD)、多酚氧化酶 (PPO)、相对电导率、以及叶片木质素的变化情况。结果表明 ,野生番茄叶片中 POD、PPO活性、相对电导率和叶片木质素含量在接种后均有不同程度的增加基本上与抗病呈正相关 。
Wild tomato specices own natural resistance to leaf mould.The goal of this experiment was find the biochemical mechanism of wild tomato specices resistance to leaf mould.Tested wild tomato specice included L.hirsutum,L.peruvianum,L.pimpinellifolium,L.glandulosum,and L.parviflorun.The result showed that these biochemical characters,which include peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activities,relatively conductivity rate and lignin content,in leaves of tested wild tomato species were positively correlation with resistance to leaf mould after inoculation.However,change extent and period of these biochemical characters were different in every wild tomato specice.
