1,3,4—噻二唑类杂环化合物,由于具有除草、植物生长调节、防治水稻百叶枯、柑桔溃疡、杀菌、驱虫以及消炎等多种生物活性,引起广泛兴趣。
In this paper, the acid catalytic cyclization of 1-(2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetyl-4-aroyl)thiosemicarbazides 2a~j has been studied. The cyclic orientation of compounds 2a~j in acidto give 5-(2,4-dichlorophenoxymethylene)-2-aroylamino-1,3, 4-thiadiazoles 3a~j has beenrationalized with the fragments of mass spectra of compounds 3a~j and IR of 3a~j.
