摘要
以普通镁和对二氯苯为原料，以四氢呋喃为溶剂，选用合适的配比，在氮气氛中成功地制备出对二氯苯的格氏试剂，Ｃｌ－ＭｇＣｌ的收率达９０％以上。并对影响该格氏反应的各种因素进行了讨论。
p-Chlorophenylmagnesium Chloride was prepared with a yield of>90% by using magnesium and pdichlorobenzene as reactants,tetrahydrofuran as solvent,under suitable reaction conditions.Some factors that affected the Grignard reaction were discussed.
