市场竞争机制和数字网络化技术冲击着图书馆 ,高校的改革也使高校图书馆面临着改革 ,华北煤炭医学院图书馆通过定岗定编以及全员参与等措施进行图书馆的人事改革 。
Market Competition mechanism and digital networked technology are assaulting all libraries. The reform of university libraries makes them to face with reforms. It includes personnel allocation of posts in the complete libraries of the North China Coal Medical College. Such reform has achieved very good result.
