摘要
地方高校图书馆人事制度改革是一个不断深化与不断完善的过程,需要学校大环境的支持与社会外部环境的优化。改革的目标应立足于建立适应现代图书馆需要的管理体制和运行机制,改革的内容主要是建立专业技术人员聘任制,建立岗位目标考核制,实行灵活的用人制度,建立可持续发展的保障机制。
Personnel reform in local college libraries needs to be improved with times. It needs the support both from the colleges and the society. The reform should be aimed at establishing the system of the arrangement, which includes establishing the appointment system for professional technical personnel, the checking system for the position ,the employment with flexibility and the guarantee system for sustained development.
