摘要
本文系统分析了我国高校图书馆人事制度改革的缘起、改革的主要内容和难点所在,提出了完善人事制度改革的重要措施。
The article analyses the causes, the main contents and the difficulties of personnel system reform of the academic libraries in our country and puts forward the important measures to improve the personnel system reform.
