摘要
目的 :本研究采用三维有限元动态分析法 ,对上颌游离端可摘局部义齿修复双尖牙基牙进行应力分析。方法 :利用工程扫描系统、计算机辅助设计软件和有限元程序 ,模拟天然牙齿建立三维有限元模型。根据基牙的受力情况制作 7种实验模型 ,并结合牙合支托的不同设计 ,常规载荷下 ,对基牙在近远中、颊舌向和咬合方向进行应力分析。结果 :1)游离末端基牙远中牙颈部为最大应力区。 2 )远中牙合支托对基牙的损伤较近中牙合支托大 ,牙合支托设计位置越向近中移动 ,其对基牙的损伤越小。 3)颊舌向外力和近远中方向外力对基牙造成的损害比来自咬合方向明显大。结论 :上颌游离可摘局部义齿 ,使用近中牙合支托 。
Objective:The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of abutments of the maxillary free-end removable partial denture in three-dimensional finite element dynamic analyzing methods.Methods:The models were established with computer tomography image technique and engineering scanning system.Pro/E -CAD and ANSYS softwares were used to analyse these models.According to abutment numbers, seven models were signed by different occlusal rest , and the effect of the bucco-lingual position of the artificial posterior teeth under occlusal force on the denture supporting bone could be investigated.Results:1)The greatest stress was in distal tooth neck area.2)The injuring was bigger in the abutment of distal occlusal rest than in the abutment of the mesial rest,and the more the occlusal rests approached to mesial,the less injuring the abutment occurred. 3)The injuring stress was significantly stronger in the bucco-lingual direction than in occlusal direction.Conclusions:The maxillary free-end removable partial denture,choosing mesial occlusal rest and distal arm with distal broad could decrease the injuring force of abutments.
