三维有限元动态分析不同螺距的两种螺纹种植体的应力分布 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究有无防沉装置的两种种植体不同螺距的应力分布及力学相容性。方法 :采用三维有限元动态分析法 ,以 Supper SAP93程序在周期为 0 .8s的正弦半波力作用下对两种种植体进行应力分析 ,A组无防沉装置 ,B组有防沉装置。结果 :无防沉装置者应力分布较均匀 ,有防沉装置者骨平面处应力相对集中 ,适当增大螺距可分散该处的应力。结论 ?Objective: To study the stress distribution and the mechanic in the implants with or without countersink with different thread pitch by dynamic 3D FEM. Method: The implants were studied by supper SAP93 program under the force of 0.8 s period by the way of half sine wane.In group A the implants were without countersink, while in group B those were with countersink. Result:In group A the stress values of the implants with the pitch (mm) of 0.6,0.8 or 1.0 were 56.12±21.43,61.50±20.40 and 60.38±20.59,the (%) values were 38.18,33.98 and 34.10,respectively;while in group B the stress values were 56.64±24.65, 55.44 ±24.27 and 54.44±23.06,the CV(%) values were 43.53,43.78 and 42.36 ,respectively. Conclusion:The stress in the implants without countersink may distribut more evenly than that in those with countersink.
