摘要
目的实施人性化护理 ,提高护理质量和护理队伍整体素质。方法制定星级服务细则 ,实行三级质控 ,公平评“星” ,星级 (共 5级 )与奖金、职称挂钩。结果实施 1年 ,评出五星、四星护士 136名 ,其中 5名五星护士被高聘了一级技术职称 ,35名四星、五星护士在“抗非典”期间加入中国共产党 ;护理水平、质量及主动服务意识明显增强 (健康教育覆盖率 10 0 % ,三基考核合格率 10 0 % ,压疮发生率为 0 ,护理纠纷为 0 ,全院护理满意度达 99.9% ) ;并获得良好的社会效益和经济效益 (门诊量及住院量较上一年同期增长 3.8%、2 1.2 % ,收入增长 19.0 % )。结论护理星级服务获得了医院、护士、病人三方受益的效果。
Objective To implement the humanity nursing care, improve the nursing quality and the whole diatheses of nurses.Methods The detailed rules of star-level nursing service were drawn, three-class quality control was carried out and the star-level nurses were chosen. The star levels (a total of 5 levels) of the nurses contacted their prize and professional titles.Results Humanity star-level nursing service have been putted in practice for one year. 136 nurses of five-star of four-star levels were chosen. Among them, 5 nurses of five-star level have been engaged for the higher professional title. Thirty-five nurses of five-star or four-star levels enlisted under The Chinese Communist within combating the SARS. The level and quality of nursing service has been improved significantly. The consciousness of initiative service has been improved obviously: The rate of popularization of health education was 100%, the rate of up to grade of three-foundation assessing was 100%, and the rate of satisfaction of nursing service was 99.9%. No dissension and bedsore occurred. Good benefit of economic and society was obtained: The outpatients and inpatients were increased by 3.8% and 21.2% respectively as compared with those at the same period of last year. The income of our hospital was increased by 19.0%.Conclusion All of the hospital nurses and patients can get benefit from humanity star-level nursing service.
