摘要
为了深化整体护理,推行星级服务管理,提高护理服务质量,2003年初以来开展了星级护理单元评选活动,通过制定考评标准、实施方法和激励机制,以加强基础护理、生活护理为突破口,将人文关怀融入护理工作环节,收到良好的社会效益和经济效益。全院护士转变了服务观念,强化了服务意识,学习积极性空前高涨;密切了护患关系,护理质量明显提高,病人满意度上升。实施星级管理体现了人文关怀,是促进护理质量提高的有效举措。
The practice aims at deepening the holistic nursing, spreading five-star service management and improving the quality of nursing service. From the beginning of 2003, we have carried out elections of star nursing unit, which has gained benefits socially and economically by regulating appraisal standards, methods for elections and mechanism of encouragement, initiating the enhancement of basic nursing and daily life nursing and integrating humanist care into nursing work. As a result, all the nursing staff changed their concept of service, strengthened their awareness of service, and became more active in studying than before. Meanwhile, the relations between nurses and patients were improved and the nursing quality as well as the satisfaction of patients was both elevated.
