摘要
用作者首次合成的硒化亚麻酸进行动物体内外抗癌活性实验,结果表明:小鼠腹腔注射200mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)硒化亚麻酸乳剂(82)时,小鼠S_(180)实体瘤的抑制率为42.6%(P<0.01),对荷ARS腹水瘤小鼠的治愈率达75%,生命延长率达132%(P<0.01);在体外250μg/ml的浓度下,硒化亚麻酸对小鼠S_(180)腹水型瘤细胞的杀伤作用也明显高于亚麻酸。这些结果提示,硒化亚麻酸具有较强的抗癌作用。
Linolenic acid containing selenium was synthesized and brought into emul- sion(82). Its aatitumor effects were tested in vitro and in vivo. As a result, when 82 was injected peritoneally into mice(200mg·kg-1·d-1), its inhibitory rate on mouse S180 was 42.6%(P<0.01); its cure rate on the mice bearing ARS ascites tumor reached 75%, and its survival prolongation on the mice bearing ARS ascites tumor reached 132%(P<0.01). The in vitro antitumor effect of linolenic acid containing selenium is also much stronger than that of linolenic acid at the concentration of 250μg/ml. These results showed that linolenic acid containing selenium bore obvious antitumor activity.
