摘要
给雄性昆明小白鼠腋下荷Ｓ１８０肉瘤后观察黄芪多糖和硒化黄芪多糖的抑瘤效果和抗氧化作用。结果：黄芪多糖的抑瘤率为２３．６６％（Ｐ＞０．０５），硒化黄芪多糖的抑瘤率为５１．１４％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
Kun ming mice were loaded S 180 sarcoma 0.2ml(2.7×10 7 cell/ml) each in right axilla hypodermicly and then given tap water,Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide(AMP) or Se Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide(Se AMP) for 10 days.The results showed that the inhibitory rate of tumor in Se AMP group was 51.14% compared with water control group(P<0.05) whereas that in AMP group was 23.66%(P>0.05).The content of plasma lipoperoxide in Se AMP was tended to decreased.The results suggested that combining AMP with trace element selenium oranicly might promote not only the tumor inhibitory effects of AMP,but also bring the antioxdation of Se into full play.
