摘要
测定了碘海醇注射液在3000lx光照下分解产生的碘离子及溶液pH值随时间的变化,研究了碘海醇注射液的光分解反应动力学。结果表明:碘海醇注射液的光分解反应为一级反应,光分解速度常数为1.23×10-5d-1。
The changes of iodide ion concentration and pH in iohexol injection with time were measured under 3 000 lx light. The kinetics of light-decomposing reaction for iohexol injection was investigated. The results indicate that light-decomposing reaction for iohexol injection is a first-order reaction. The rate constant of light-decomposing reaction is 1.23×10^(-5)d^(-1).
