摘要
以间苯二甲酸为原料,经硝化,酯化,水解,合成了非离子造影剂的中间体5-硝基异酞酸单甲酯.该合成工艺路线简单、易操作、收率高、成本低,适宜工业化生产.产物总收率58.0%,纯度99%,熔点及IR光谱数据与文献[5、6]值一致.
The synthesis of mono - methyl - 5 - nitroisophthalate, which used as intermediate for nonionic iodinated X -ray contrast agents, is described in this paper. Mono -methyl -5 -nitroisophthalate was synthesized from isophthalic acid by a three - step procedure, nitration, esterification, hydrolysis. The total yield is 58.0% with the product purity of 99%.
