摘要
目的 探讨原发性结外淋巴瘤 (PENL)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析 13 6例PENL的临床资料。结果 13 6例患者均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL) ,PENL占同期收治恶性淋巴瘤病例的 5 2 .9% ( 13 6/2 5 7) ,41.2 % ( 5 6/13 6)的PENL病灶在头颈部 ,2 6.5 % ( 3 6/13 6)的PENL病灶在胃肠道 ,86.0 % ( 117/13 6)的PENL表现为原发器官肿大或局部肿块形成 ,接受化疗、放疗等治疗的患者病情均有不同程度好转。结论 PENL主要为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,PENL好发于头颈部及胃肠道 ,患者主要表现为原发器官的肿大及局部肿块形成 。
Objective To study the characteristics,the diagnosis and the treatment of the primary extranodal lymphoma(PENL).Methods The data of 136 cases of PENL was analysed retrospectively.Results All 136 cases of PENL were non-Hodgkin′s Lymphoma(NHL).The incidence of PENL was 52.9%(136/257) of the malignant lymphoma in the same period.42.9%(56/136) of PENL had lymphoma in head and neck and 26.5% (36/136)in gastrointestinal.86.0%(117/136) of PENL had a swelling organ with primary lesion and lump of affected organ.Those PENL treated by the chemotherapy and radiotherapy recovered to some extent.Conclusion PENL are mainly NHL and about the half of the total malignant lymphoma in the same period.The primary lesions of PENL located commonly in head,neck and gastrointestinal.The patients with PENL mostly have a swelling organ with primary lesion or lump in the affected organ.The chemotherapy and radiotherapy are effective for PENL.
