原发性结外淋巴瘤早期误诊分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨原发性结外淋巴瘤(PENL)的临床特点、误诊原因,以提高诊断率。方法:回顾性分析41例PENL的临床资料。结果:41例患者中40例为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,1例为霍奇金淋巴瘤。其中41.5%(17/41)的PENL病灶在头颈部,43.9%(18/41)的PENL病灶在胃肠道,原发性结外淋巴瘤早期临床表现不典型,易误诊误治。结论:原发性结外淋巴瘤临床并非少见,但临床症状无特征性表现,医师对该病认识不足是导致误诊的主要原因,而及时活检、手术标本送病理检查可以减少或避免误诊的发生。
