摘要
目的分析177例首发于淋巴结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点,以加深对该病的认识。方法收集177例患者首发于淋巴结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤类型、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗情况等方面的数据,并评估其预后。结果全身各脏器均可发生PENL,发病率依部位不同。平均生存期与治疗方法密切相关。结论临床医师应重视对该病的认识、诊断与治疗。
Objective: To improve the knowledge of extranodal non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas by analyzing clinical feature of 177cases. Methods: The clinical data of 177 cases of extranodal non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas was reviewed. The clinical outcome was assessed. Results: In this group, PENL (primary extranodal non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas) may happen in every organ, the incidence differs from different organs. Mean survival time is intimately correlated with therapeutic methods. Conclusion: We should attach importance to the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
