摘要
为了克服传统沤麻工艺的不足,提高沤麻的效率,以亚麻原茎为菌种筛选的来源,通过初筛、复筛得到了1株产果胶酶和木聚糖酶活性较高,不产纤维素酶的脱胶菌株A6.摇瓶脱胶试验表明,A6菌能24h完成亚麻脱胶,脱胶后,纤维残胶率为20.63%,胶质脱除率达38.80%,比天然水脱胶高出11%.初步鉴定并命名为环状芽孢杆菌(Bacilluscirculans)A6.
In order to replace traditional retting methods and improve retting eff iciency, a bacteria strain with high activity of pectinase, xylanase and no cell ulase is isolated from flax.Throuth retting experiment with it in shake flask culture, the result shows that the bacteria is able to make flax retted in 24,residual gum rate of fiber decreasing to 20.63% and removal rate of gum to 38.80%, which is 11% higher than that of natural water retting.It is prelimina rily identified and named Bacillus circulans A_6.
