摘要
以温水浸渍亚麻脱胶工艺为基础,研究了酶在亚麻脱胶中的应用。实验表明适宜加酶时间为沤麻开始后8h,加适宜果胶酶量为5.1×106~6.8×106u/t干茎,果胶醇和半纤维素酶的适宜配比为1:1,适宜温度38℃。与温水浸渍沤麻工艺相比,酶法沤麻可缩短沤制时间75%。
Based on the retting method of natural fermentation, the Process of using pectinase and hemicellulase in flax degumming was conducted. Proper time of adding enzymes was the eighth hour after changing warm water. and the prow amount of pectinase was 5. 1 × 106~6. 8 × 106/ton dry stem. The optimised Proportion of pectinase and hemicellulase was 1: 1, while the optimum temperature was 38℃. The retting period on optimum conditions was decreased by 75% cooped with the retting period of natural fermentation.
