摘要
对我国跨区机收工作的发展历程划分了3个阶段,采用定性分析和定量分析的方法,从促进农民增收节支等5个方面总结跨区机收工作取得的成效和若干启示;分析当前跨区机收工作存在的主要问题,提出了规范和加快跨区机收工作发展的若干政策与建议,即进一步完善农机跨区作业市场的运行机制,实行规范化管理,提供信息化服务,提高市场化运作水平,推动农机服务产业化发展。
The development progress of our nation trans-regional mechanical harvesting was divided three period by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods , from five aspects of promoting increasing incomes while cutting down expenses for farmers, sum up the effect and several inspiration from trans-regional mechanical harvesting analysis the main problems, forward several policies and proposals for normalizing and accelerating the development of trans-regional mechanical harvesting, further improve operating mechanism of agricultural machine trans-regional working, exercise normalized management, provide information service, improve market operating level, promote agricultural machine service industrial development
