摘要
针对当前跨区作业信息不对称引起的联合收获机无序流动问题,建立了联合收获机跨区作业短信息服务系统。介绍了系统的工作方式和数据流动,对短信息服务系统的应用效果进行了分析。并在河南新蔡县进行了实验,实验结果表明:83.2%的机手认为手机短信是获得信息的最好方式,该系统在帮助性、可信性、必要性、及时性等方面具有良好的性能。可以降低跨区作业管理者的工作强度,增加机主、机手的收入和减少农民的损失。
A short message service system was established in summer of 2005 to solve the problem of combines out-of-order flowing caused by deficient information in harvesting wheat across different counties area. The working mode and data flow of the system have been introduced, and the practical effect has been analyzed by using this system in He＇nan Xincai County. It is proved that the system is helpful and has good attributes of credibility, necessity, and veracity and so on. Most （83.2%） of the combine owners think ＂short message＂ is the best way to obtain information. Through research and inquisition, it is proved that the short message service system is helpful for the supervisors, the combine owners and the farmers.
