摘要
根据“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的新农村建设总体要求,结合甘肃实际,论述了农业机械化与新农村建设的相互关系,阐明了农业机械化在新农村建设中的地位和作用,提出了加快农业机械化发展、提升农业机械化水平、推进新农村建设的若干关键技术选择和相关政策建议。
According to general target of socialist new village construction and the actual situation of Gansu agricultural production, this paper discusses the relations of agricultural mechanization development and socialist new village construction. It expounds the position and the function of agricultural mechanization in socialist new village construction. It puts forward the proposals of technology and policy on which speed up agricultural mechanization development, raise the level of agricultural mechanization and propels new village construction forward.
