摘要
目的 :观察附骨疽膏对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的慢性化脓性骨髓炎的作用。方法 :采用金黄色葡萄球菌感染家兔后肢胫骨形成慢性化脓性骨髓炎 ,通过贴敷附骨疽膏观察其对骨髓炎模型的作用。结果 :附骨疽膏对感染化脓性骨髓炎有显著的治疗作用。结论 :附骨疽膏对慢性化脓性骨髓炎有显著的治疗作用。
Objective: to make a observation of the effect of Fu Gu Ju Gao on chronic suppurative ostemyelitis infected by Staphylococcus aureus. Method: making models by infecting tibiae of hare’s legs with Staphylococcus aureus to bring on chronic suppurative ostemyelitis and pasting Fu Gu Ju Gao to the model to observe the effect of the drug. Result: Fu Gu Ju Gao has distinctive effect on chronic suppurative ostemyelitis infected by Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: Fu Gu Ju Gao has distinctive effect on chronic suppurative ostemyelitis infected by Staphylococcus aureus.
