摘要
本文介绍一种兔慢性化脓性骨髓炎模型。该模型可表现脓肿,窦道,骨膜反应,溶骨破坏及死骨等征象。并对模型的体温.体重,白细胞计数,红细胞免疫粘附功能,血清溶菌酶活力及骨质元素等相关指标进行了动态观察,讨论了其临床意义。
This article reported a model of chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis in rabbits.The model Showed many signs such as abscess,fistula,periosteal reaction,lytic bone lesions and sequestra etc.In our experimental osteomyelitis. we observed the indices related to the model as following:changs of body temperature,body weight,blood leukocyte count,red-cell immune adherence function,serum lysozyme activity and elements determination in the bones and discussed the clinical significance of these indices.
