摘要
为提高加工效率和精度 ,基于ACIS几何平台 ,针对平面型腔加工行切法的特点 ,分析影响加工效率的重要因素 ,提出利用“端点同环最短距离优化原则” ,对刀具轨迹进行优化。
In order to improve the efficiency and the accuracy,according to the ACIS geometry platform, aim at the distinctive features in flat surface impression processing,analyze the important factors affecting procossing accuracy,put forward that optimize the knife track by using the principle on the shortrang from the extreme point to the toroid.
