摘要
本文论述了用于两轴半数控加工系统的行切轨迹的计算方法,该方法能够减少加工过程中的抬刀次数。文中首先阐述了依据零件边界计算切削区域边界的方法。然后论述了沿切削方向对切削区域的剖分,这一剖分将切削区域剖分成沿切削方向的单向凸环。最后说明了每一单向凸环内轨迹的计算及整个刀位轨迹的连接输出。本文所述方法已在PC机上实现。
This paper discusses algorithm of row cutting path of 2.5 axis NC milling system which
can deduce tool retraction in milling process.Firstly,method of calculating cutting area from
part profile was described;secondly,discretization which changes cutting area to single direc-
tion convex loop was discussed;lastly,method of calculating path in a single direction convex
loop and output of total tool path were presented,all methods have been realized on PC.
