摘要
从工程实际应用出发,提出并解决了二维平面多型腔(带岛屿)零件的型腔区域的自动识别问题:即仅依靠型腔轮廓环和岛屿轮廓环的几何信息,不需要知道哪个轮廓环是型腔轮廓环,哪个轮廓环是岛屿轮廓环,也不需要知道哪几个轮廓环合在一起构成一个型腔,根据各环的相互位置关系,自动识别出各型腔区域,从而实现了多型腔零件的一次加工功能。由于对各环的捡取顺序不作任何要求,使得操作十分简便。最后设计了环切加工时等距环之间的过渡方法,使得刀具轨迹安排合理,并且一个加工区域只需一次进刀,提高了加工效率和质量。
Automatic identifications of the two dimensional multiple pockets with multi islands part′s shape are discussed. Automatic identification means to identify the part′s shape automatically through the relations between profile locations with only knowing profiles′ geometrical information but without knowing whether the profile is a pocket or an island. Thus we can cut multiple pockets and islands(multi regions) in a single operation.Finally, milling tool path is generated. It is proved that the milling tool path is rational and the tool milling efficiency and quality are promoted.
