摘要
本文以磷钼酸氧化硫胺素生成强荧光物质硫色素为指示反应,用荧光法测定了三种标准钢样中磷的含量,结果令人满意。
The determination of phosphate by fluorimetry is based oa the oxidation of thiamine into highly fluorescent thiochroms by molybdophosphate.The detection limit is 3.6 ng PO42--/25ml. Relative standard deviation is 2.5% (11 measurements with 0.03 ug PO42-/25ml standard solution) . The method has been applied to determine phosphorus in steel.
