摘要
基于Cu(Ⅱ)与3,5—二溴水杨醛缩邻氨基酚(简称BSAP)和溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)形成络合物导致体系荧光猝灭的特性。
A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace copper has been developed. This method is based on the quenching of fluorescence of 3,5_dibromosalicylalde_o_aminophenol(BSAP) due to copper complex formation. The influence of surfactant on fluorescence of BSAP can be classified as two types: monoer quenching (below CMC) and micelle effect (above CMC). The agent has high sensitivity and selectivity on the copper, in the NH 4Ac buffer medium at pH 3.8~4.5 and in the presence of CTMAB. Cu(Ⅱ) reacts with BSAP to form a 1∶1 complex. The maximal excitation and emission wavelengths were found to be 355 and 535 nm respectivity. The linear range is 0~0.3 μg/25mL for Cu(Ⅱ), and the determination limit is 0.023 ng/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in the rice with satifactroy results.
