摘要
概括了公路路网管理的基本要求 ,提出了路网管理信息支持系统的概念 ,对系统功能进行了分析 ,设计了系统结构框架 .所提出的路况与路网交通信息采集方案、系统三层架构、决策与调度机制、六大功能是全新的设想 ,具有前瞻意义和可操作性 .
The basic requirements of highway network management are discussed as well as the concept of Network Management Information System (NMIS). With analyzing the NMIS functionally, a possible system protocol is formulated. In the protocol, highway condition and traffic data collection model, 3-level (province, district and county) operation design, decision and operation mechanism, integrated system function (plan, construction, maintenance, road regulation, resource, tolling), etc are innovative and forward-looking to some extent. In addition, the system is operational comparatively.
