摘要
针对高速公路管理信息系统中共用信息平台的建设,对系统的可靠衔接和统一性的保证、各子系统之间共享信息等问题,提出应建立以业务(行政事务、路政业务、养护业务、设备管理业务、监控业务)为基础的资源库平台的技术方案。内容包括工作流系统、资源库系统、安全系统、辅助决策系统。
In the process of expressway management information system construction, it needs to consider the guarantee of reliable link and unity to the system. To solve the problem of information sharing in each child system, it sets up a technology project whose main part is an information resource platform based on business （including administration business, road management business, road maintenance business, equipment operation business, and inspect business）. This project falls into working program system, resource base system, safety system, and assistant decision system.
