摘要
本文观察14例(14眼)视网膜钝挫伤早期视野改变及其与视力预后的关系。中心视野正常,视力预后良好;8例(8眼)视力预后不良(视力提高少于5行),其中5眼视野出现病理性暗点。结果提示,视野所见有益于在伤后早期评估视力预后的情况。
The changes of visual field and their relationship tovisual prognosis were studied on fourteen patients(14eyes) with retinal contusion. The visual prognosis wasgood if the finding of central visual field was normal Theviaual prognosis of eight patients was poor and five ofthem had pathological scotomata in central visual fieldThe results suggested that the finding of visual examina-tion was helpful in assessing the visual prognosis on theearly stage after injury.
