摘要
对眼球钝挫后主诉视力减退而临床检查没有阳性体征患者的医学鉴定是比较困难的。我们对23例(29眼),这类患者进行了视觉电生理检查。结果表明除1例1眼视觉诱发电位异常外,其余22例的闪光视网膜电图、闪光视觉诱发电位和图型视觉诱发电位均正常。视觉诱发电位异常1眼在3个月后复查眼底时发现视乳头呈苍白色。其它22例中有16例复查时视力在正常范围(包括矫正视力)。6例没来复查。我们的结果表明视觉诱发电位检查在视力减退的医学鉴定中有重要作用。
The medical evaluation is difficult to those patientswho complained of having a bad vision because ofbluntl ocular trauma but no positive signs could befind by clincal examination.23 cases (29 eyes)of such patients were examined by electrophysiologcal testing.The result showed that flash electroretinogram, flashvisual-ly evoked potential and pattern visually poten-tial were normal in all patients except one patient (oneeye) had abnormal VEP. The fundus examination ofthis abnormal eye showed that optic disc became paleafter three months of other 22 cases, 16 cases had agood vision (including correction vision) byreexamination and 6 cases did not come toreexamination. Our result showed showed that VEP ex-amination plays an important role in medicalevaluation of defective vision.
