摘要
钝挫伤性视网膜水肿(视网膜震荡)可引起视力丧失,但各例预后不同。我们用两种钝力建立了动物模型。在轻度挫伤,视网膜水肿在1周内消退,组织学检查仅见脉络膜充血和视网膜轻度水肿,视网膜电图(ERG)一过性下降。而重度挫伤的视网膜水肿持续到2周,遗留色素脱失和沉着,视网膜外层结构破坏,ERG持续下降,荧光眼底血管造影(FFA)见荧光渗漏。本实验提示视网膜挫伤可分两型,在伤后1~2周行ERG和FFA有助于诊断和估计预后。
The contusive retinal edema (commotio retinae) can result in visual loss.However,the visual prognosis varies in different cases.We have established animal models with two blunt forces.In the mild contusion,retinal edema subsided one week after injury.Histological examinatien revealed only choroi-dal congestion and mild retinal edema.Electroretinogram (ERG) showed a transient suppression.In the severe contusion,retinal edema persisted for two weeks with depigmentation and pigmentation.The structure of the outer retinal layer was destroyed,ERG showed permanent suppression,and fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA) showed leakage of fluorescin.These results indicate that there are two types of retinal contusion and that,within one or two weeks after injnry,ERG and FFA can be of help in clinical classification and estimate of prognosis.
