摘要
文章在概述了各种扭矩测量的原理、发展和运用后,提出了一种利用激光多普勒效应测量弹性转轴扭矩的原理。它是利用由同一激光器发出的在被测转轴2个截面上4个点处的相干光束测量这2个截面的相对转速,然后通过积分得到两截面的相对转角,进而实现被测转轴扭矩的测量。文章根据不同工况,提出了相应的扭矩动态测量计算方程。为大型机械设备主传动动力监测的自动化、智能化提供了新的技术手段。
A method for the measurement elastic rotation shaft torque based on the laser Doppler technique is presented. The principle, development and utilization of torque measurement are described. The relative rotation speed of twain section using coherent light coming out from the same laser at four points in twain section is measured. By integrating the relative rotation speed, the relative rotation angle is gained,further torque measurement is realized. Calculation formulations of corresponding dynamic torque measurement for different working states are presented. It can realize dynamic observation of main drive for large mechanism equipment, and provide a foundation for the equipment automatization and intelligentization.
